Motor spining wheel not turning truck moving without load not moving with heavy load

• Checking method:

  1. When truck is unladen, turn off the truck and try to pull it manually. If it can be pulled, then the combined gears inside gearbox are loose.

  2. Check if drive wheel is stuck

  3. Check if brake is stuck

  4. If the above causes are ruled out, most likely drive motor Hall is faulty
