Monitor is always black

• Checking steps:

  1. Check whether handle cable and truck body communication cable are well connected;

  2. Check whether battery has power;

  3. Check whether power plug is connected to the battery;

  4. Ensure that truck is turned on(emergency stop switch is pulled up)

  lf above causes are ruled out, check controller light: light always on, light off or blinking
