Voltage higher than 35V

• If battery voltage is higher than 35V, use multimeter to check charger voltage

  A. If voltage is between 54.3V--54.6V, then charger is normal, and battery is faulty

  B. If voltage is below 54.3V, then charger is faulty Warranty period: One year ( Problems caused by human error is not covered by warranty terms )

  Required information for warranty claims:

  1. Photo of truck name plate;

  2. Video of charger or battery appearance, to prove that battery is not damaged by external force;
